Issue of Equity / Admission to Trading

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on its Main Market of 33,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company that may be issued by the Company in future under the Morgan Sindall Sharesave Plan (2018). Admission to trading is expected to become effective on 5 March 2026. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company
